Located on the tranquil North Side of Grand Cayman, Rum Point is a popular and safe family getaway with idyllic surroundings.  The Wreck Bar & Grill is known as "the Home of the Mudslide".  Also on the property is their acclaimed evening restaurant, offering a casual finer dining atmosphere.  Delicious menu selections prepared by their international culinary team include local fish and lobster which are combined with international flavors and styling.

An indoor/outdoor lounge dining establishment influenced with Caribbean charm.  The menu features old fashioned cocktails and a wide variety of fine wines and champagnes.  Homemade pastas, crisp salads, prime meats, exotic spices and a fresh look,  Abacus is a high end dining experience with a dash of spice. The restaurant has a seating capacity of 132 and offers three separate dining experiences, which includes a private room that accommodate up to 12 people.

Seeking to avoid the conventional Italian restaurant stereotype, they have fashioned a vibrant and truly happening place.  With their team consisting of twenty-four nationalities: Mexican, Peruvian, Italian, Indian, Spanish and Austrian to name but a few, Agua truly is an alluring example of Cayman’s melting pot. The Peruvian dishes are prepared by their Peruvian chef; Malaysian by their Malaysian chef; and so on. Hence the traditional dishes are lovingly prepared by the right people who have inherited their skills and unique touches from their parents' and grandparents' recipes. All of these elements come together to create a powerful offering and diverse menu, with an emphasis on the freshest of seafood.

Blue Cilantro in Cayman, the beautiful and much anticipated upscale offering from Chef Shetty, has recently opened its doors as the latest restaurant along the Seven Mile strip.  The cuisine is an infusion of French and Mediterranean, with a little bit Indian and Caribbean.  Chef Shetty firmly believes that using the best quality ingredients and only the best cuts of meat and fish, and freshest and most fragrant vegetables, herbs and spices to prepare his beloved delicacies, turning out succulent food bursting with flavor.  Chef Shetty says, a good chef should always have his heart in the kitchen.  His secret ingredient remains his reliance on the usage of seasonal produce, which he claims inspires his style of cooking.

 

Blue French doors open out on to the wide deck overlooking Morgan’s Harbour. Soft breezes flow in from the North Sound. Views of fishing boats lazing back to their docks with frigates soaring above are your accompaniments to leisurely lunches and delightful dinners. This is the Calypso Grill experience in West Bay and what a charming and delicious experience it is.

Walk into Casanova Restaurant and you wander into an Italian Piazza where the food delights your soul with an authentic taste of Italy. One phrase, “A Rare Steakhouse, Very Well Done,” describes this unique restaurant.  Greeted by one of three copper waterfalls as you enter, the décor is warm colors with candlelit tables, cozy suede high-backed booths, contemporary art pieces and 100 year-old Douglas Fir wood.   If you fancy a change from steak, they also offer delicious chicken dishes, pork chops, pasta dishes, lamb, seafood, vegetarian dishes and an extensive wine list.  Whether you are interested in a romantic dinner for two or dinner with friends,  Copper Falls Steakhouse will more than exceed your expectations.

 

“Old-time Cayman fun in the 21st century” is the best way to describe the completely refurbished Cracked Conch restaurant in West Bay.  A Cayman classic originally opened by Bob and Suzy Soto in 1981, thirty years on the Cracked Conch continues to offer one of the most enviable waterfront positions on the Island, while over the years it has added fabulous food in a fine-dining ambience, friendly service, and a lively Oceanside bar.

The bold uniqueness of Decker’s commands your attention the moment you enter.  Your eyes wander from the double-decker bus that is the centerpiece of the bar and lounge, to the giant palms and colonial pillars that stretch your eye to the exposed wooden beams of the roof.  Experience dazzling visual and provocative culinary effects.  The menu is a creative fusion of Island inspired flavors and Mediterranean influences.

This old coconut plantation is set on the magnificent Caribbean Sea. Guests can enjoy a variety of mouthwatering European and New York World Caribbean dishes. Guy Harvey’s Restaurant and Bar in Cayman is a great mix of West Indian and French cuisine in a beautiful waterfront setting in downtown George Town. They have some wonderful feature nights with specials on Crab Cakes, Lobster or NY Steak and Fries and for those interested in other dishes; their menu is full of tantalizing flavor combinations as well as some great classic dishes. The décor is enhanced with an exclusive collection of artwork from renowned marine wildlife artist, Guy Harvey, whose influence is further felt in the menu selections. Guy Harvey’s pride themselves on their commitment to the long term improvement of fish stocks.  You will not find any seafood choices on the menu whose stocks have been over-exploited. 

 

Scenically located in the heart of Seven Mile Beach, Hemingways Restaurant is open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Hemingways offers stunning views of the Caribbean Sea to match the incomparable menu. Groups can enjoy sea side dining in the comfort of air-conditioning or on our spectacular outdoor terrace.
