Refresher Scuba Course

A Confidential Medical Form must be filled out prior to enrollment, and a physician's release may be required.

For safety reasons, Red Sail Sports requires that divers take a refresher course if they have not been diving in two to six years. The Refresher Course is a one-day course involving some basic dive theory followed by a pool session in which divers practice skills such as mask clearing, out of air procedures, and more. Divers then participate in a shallow afternoon dive accompanied by an instructor. Upon successful completion of the course you may take any dive offered for certified divers.

THE FINE PRINT: FREE transfers are available from the following resorts: Westin Resort, The Ritz-Carlton, Marriott Beach Resort and Grand Cayman Beach Suites. You must be a certified diver to book this dive. You will be required to present your Certification Card to a Red Sail Sports Employee on check-in. If you have not been diving for 6 years or more a PADI Scuba Tune Up Course is required. *Divers with special needs should note this in the comment section of your reservations.

A major credit card is needed to guarantee your reservation for all activities. All prices are in U.S. Dollars and subject to change without notice. Advance reservations will be charged in full 24 hours prior to the activity date.

Cancellation Policy
Check-in with Red Sail Sports is required 24 hours prior to your scheduled activity. Any cancellations or rescheduling requests made prior to 24 hours of the scheduled activity time will not be charged any penalty fees. Any cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of scheduled activity time will be charged full price of scheduled activity. Guests who NO SHOW will be charged full price. Departure points are subject to change, dependent on weather. Bookings cancelled due to weather, acts of God or circumstances beyond the control of Red Sail Sports will be rescheduled or are subject to a full refund.
